You can make a seal from flat rubber. Cut the hole a little smaller than the column diameter. When you push it on the rubber will flex back and form a seal. If necessary a small bead of silicon sealer around the seal/steering column will form a complete seal. especially if you are young and flexible.  Pete

Good afternoon! 
I've looked around a bit, but haven't found a suitable replacement for my original steering column grommet (see attached pic).  I was hoping that someone on the team might have already identified an acceptable alternative.  FYI:  It is not a flat piece of rubber - it has a lip that seals around the steering column.  Thoughts?
