hi steve,
you will need an assistant to support the door, it's heavy and arkward and expect a bit of paint chippage!
remove the kick panel trim down by your feet get your head right down and look and you will see the door hinges on two stout pins. the top of each pin has a hexagonal head and the bottom has a small nut. most people leave the nut off when reassembling so the nuts may well be absent. look up and you will see an escape hole for the top pin in the inner wing. but starting at the bottom, with your strong assistant supporting the door firmly, tap first the bottom pin out and then deal with the top one. wd40, a decent set of tools and equipment and a good vocabulary of swear words help.
alternatively, the doors are nut and bolted to the hinges but that way is painstakingly tedious. i go for the pins every time.
              hope this helps martin spurrell.

Subject: [Sunbeam Talbot Email List] ST90 door removal

Good afternoon from a dismal Kent, UK
Has anyone out there got a relatively pain free method for removing/refitting the front doors on a saloon?
I'd like to avoid removing the front wings.
All ideas welcome!
Thanks in advance,
