Thanks Steve.  That's a good idea.  I'll watch the video.  I like the idea
of balancing without using the lead weights being used though---not a very
nice addition to a pretty, restored car in my view.  So, even if I get them
straightened, I would likely try these Dynabeads, if they really go through
my tube valve openings.  I posed the "will they work on bent wheels"
question to the Dynabeads people and have not heard back from them yet.  Dan

A better solution would be to have your wheels straightened, find a local
shop that can do it.

I looked at the "How does it work" and it seems to require tubeless tyres, I
think unless you do what we used to do for Sporting Trials in the 50's/60's
and re-vulcanise a new tractor valve in place of the old one so that we
could get the air out quickly and run flat 2 psi, bolted to the rim tyres.
If the beads are small enough, they would pass through this valve. 

On the other hand, could I run my Michelin X as tubeless ..... I'm not sure
but I think not. 

Another thought .... could we use modern alloy stick-on weights to balance
the rim only in the well of the rim before fitting the tyre.

Since most of the OEM wheels are subject to Rootes rather "liberal" run-out
tolerances, I thought this product might be interesting from a practical
point of view as well as getting rid of what looks like pounds of lead
weights on the wheels.
