It is with sadness that I report to the Sunbeam community the passing of
Conrad Roellchen of Florissant, MO.  Conrad was a true Sunbeam enthusiast.
He loved his Mk1 Alpine and drove it everywhere he could in his ~50 years of
ownership.  I understand that a photo of the car will go with him to his
grave.  His family celebrated his life today, on the program it said
"Conrad's drive through life was always full throttle and in high gear -
never in reverse."  
I'm going to miss Conrad but his memory will always be present in the car he
placed in my care. Driving our Mk1 around will be my pleasure and telling
people about Conrad's dedication to this car will be my privilege.
My wife, Linda, and I send our prayers to his family and wish him God's
speed on that highway to heaven. We'll be seeing him again; I just hope he's
reserved some parking spaces for us.
