                  You would have to dechrome them to repair, buy some silver solder & flux at a welding supplies then use heat ( oxy very small nozzle,or propane gun, I use oxy & BBQ gas)      to join or repair them,    I'm not sure whether they are stainless or brass if stainless it might be more of a problem to repair but you could still join them , maybe with a small piece of brass the same inside dimensions.
