           Hi Ricardo
                       The rear under panel is only alloy, can be made up out of a sheet, make a pattern off some other car & allow 1/2" to fit a wired edge, bend it around something with the same curvature, then bend up  the edge & fit in the rod (painted) brass if possible, you will enjoy doing it.
