It's located only 10 minutes from me, but I chose not to inspect it.
Rust and weathering appears advanced (for So CA standards) and looks
like a lot of missing parts (bumpers, trim, orig. engine, etc.).

 

If someone on the list is desperate for certain parts and wants another
set of eyes to confirm condition, I could inspect the car this weekend
if my availability matches the sellers.
