The chassis number is know to S.T.A.R. and,
apparently, is not one of the Alpines known to the
club. The next question might well be "How many Alpine
Mk 1 and 3 Alpines are know to the club?".  John
Badger says that in all probability the car no longer
exists but the temptation to "re-create" it would be
overwhelming if the number was announced.
