[Staowners] Heat deflector plate

Yes Alf - I have that part fitted. Besides protecting the carb from some 
exhaust heat, it is also useful for collecting any drops that may come 
out of the carb. (the pump rod sometimes leaks) and letting them 
evaporate rather than fall straight on to the hot exhaust manifold.

I can't see why it would give any problems.
