Bob - may I be the first to congratulate you on your TV performance! A very good interview and a very nice car.

And I also liked the Elan, the Minor and the Morgan. But I didn't tape the episode - - - .

As a matter of interest I attended the All British Field Meet in Vancouver May 16 where there were 2 Alpines - those belonging to Kevin ??? and the Woodall's.

And then my wife bought a new Subaru Forester that weekend in Vancouver and while she flew home I drove it the 2700 kms to Whitehorse up the Fraser Canyon and then via the Alaska Highway. A trip last done in 1995 in my 59 Riley 1.5 - and in an equal amount of time.

  Hi everyone,

  A heads up if you would like to see me being interviewed with the 1953 Alpine on my first (and likely last!) appearance on the national TV. The show is My Classic Car with Dennis Gage and was recorded last July at the British Car Days on Prince Edward Island (Canada) and is being aired this coming Sunday May 25th at 11 AM Eastern time zone so check your local listings for airing in your area. Other cars featured on the show will be beautiful a Triumph TR3 owned by BATANS club member Pat Connolly and a few Morgans that had journeyed across North America to attend this big event. Could be interesting to say the least.
