Hi Ed, I have the painted carburetors on my cars. I wonder if one of those epoxy primers such as DP40 (I think thats the black primer) would be a good fuel proof paint. I am having a brain fart this morning and can't remember the name of the paint company, but I have some and can look it up later. Regards, Dave
