I've found it on my car - it matches the bulkhead plate (luckily!!!) It
starts within 1/2 inch of the front end of the chassis rail, ignoring
the square, welded in jacking tube.
On the car in Holland, the body has been off the chassis for the
restoration and the parts taken off are in boxes so he wasn't sure if he
could find the bulkhead plate. I scraped mine clean and sent him a photo
together with the descriptions of where to find it
