[Staowners] Bobs Rubbers Talbot sedans and Alpine

Hi everyone,a new item Bob has nearly produced,its another rubber,that not many would realise exists,above the top door hinge left and right, inside the engine compartment there is a large oval hole to enable you to remove/replace the top hinge pin,this hole has a rubber bung/plug to seal off the hole, if this plug is not in place or missing you will experiance engine noise and fumes,from the engine bay into the interior of your car,and the side kick plates will not stop these fumes, this rubber is not easy to see,but you can feel them to the outer side of the large ducted air supply pipe each side of the engine bay, Bobs rubber he has made will drop in the oval hole and seal, originally I think this rubber was of a flat type glued over the hole, I have two new rubbers here to try in my car whilst the front guards are off,in case the mould has to be altered,so Bob can perfect the rubber,dont expect the new rubbers to be expensive,but vital for your car, thanks again, Mal Clark.
