If more people admitted there own faults, our perception of many things
would change for the better.  I climbed the "Ladder of Inference" with your
VB experience based on my own past experience and perception of them and
without gathering any facts about your situation.  My apologies go out to VB
and their loyal customers for misjudging them.  Possibly, the fog has
lifted.

Why am I not surprised?  VB has a reputation for sending something, whether
it's right or wrong, to fulfill every order they get.  I have heard your
story from many British Car owners about VB.  I even had it happen to me.  I
suggest you just return the cylinders for a refund. I stopped buying from VB
because they just seem to be in a London fog.
