[Staowners] rust inhibitor............which?????????????

hello everyone...............

asking which product is best is like asking which of your children
you love the most.......... but............. here goes....................

Everyone talks about POR15, and in the UK they seem to love
Waxoyl - anyone have any thoughts re rust inhibitors...........???

(I want something that is easy to put on, will encapsulate the rust
and stop it from spreading, and can be painted - which I guess
pretty much covers all these products..............???)
