[Staowners] Alpine trunk Lid/ Boot Pannel Purpose

The purpose of that panel is to trap your 5/16 " square socket  that you are 
using to open the lid when the handle breaks. When the socket comes  off the 
extension and drops in the hole, it will be securely trapped  with no 
possibility of if getting lost until you remove the twenty screws  and fish it out with 
a magnet.
