Hi Guys
A word of warning, I fitted the trafficator arms to my Alpine & now I wish I hadn't. On the sedans there is a cup arrangement to stop the water ingress but no such thing on the Alpine or at least my car & the water travels down into the box section creating rust.
Cheers

Subject: [Staowners] {Spam?} indicator arms
Hi everyone, thanks to those who replied to my question on cam bearings, but haven't come up with any new bearings as yet,
Another question, wanting to know the facts on the external indicator arms, that were fitted to the Sedans and Alpine, of the Alpines I have restored, all of them have provision for fitting these Indicator arms, on the inner panels,ie securing brackets and the slots,on the inner skin, but not punched through to the outer skin, my lastest Alpine, which is a early car A3012973 does not have the holes in the outer panel, for the arm either, I have noticed that some Alpines and the 6 works cars have the indicator arms fitted, trying to work out when these arms were dropped from production, and maybe the export cars never had them, possible only home market cars, anyone throw any light on this? Mal Clark.
