[Staowners] {Spam?} indicator arms

Hello Mal!

My USA-spec Alpine (LRX suffix) was dispatched from Ryton Oct 2, 1953, and 
like George's Alpine also with no slots in the outer skin.  The trafficator 
fixing brackets are in place in the cavities directly behind the doors, as 
I suspect they are in George's Alpine.   Likely if the factory needed to 
fit trafficators (or if one wished to retrofit them today), a slot was cut 
in the outer skin and the trafficators fitted to the already-in-place brackets.
