[Staowners] e-bay alpine

Wow, did you see the price of that alpine on E-bay, on one hand I thought way too much, but thinking about it, the time and money we put into ours, the limited production run, the few left now, I think it accurately reflects the price of one needing complete restoration, thus putting the value of a restored one in the numbers that truly reflects these beautiful cars (in our eyes anyway). I just had my 53 Alpine in the Vancouver All British Field Meet at Van-Dusen Gardens, 580 vehicles in all, and I looked at the E-type Jags that at the time cost the same as an Alpine and now are worth $80-100,000 and there is so many of them, but only one Alpine there! I think our cars are worth a lot more than we think, my 2cnts worth..........
