It's a question of what it is made out of. "Enamel" from a jewelry
stand point refers to glass, but most of what you see is epoxy or
even just paint. If it is hard enamel and it is not cracked, chipped
or crazed you are in luck because that is difficult or impossible to
repair. Hit would have to be refired to melt the glass and bring it
back together, then polished. If there is enamel missing it is very
difficult to match it. The problem with polishing is that you will
likely lose the plating if it is plated, so, it will have to be
rechromed or whatever it is....
