[Staowners] Fw: Alpine wing vents

Thanks for all that info Mal and Pete .... as I was showering this 
morning, I suddenly remembered that it was the works Alpines with that triangular opening, not the Specials.

Armed with all these points, I will now examine my July 1953 Alpine and see how much I can spot. I do know that I must renew the rubber gasket which seals the boot lid - I ran for about 2 hours in driving rain last month (with the top down and tonneau in place !!!!!) and there was more water in the boot than in the car itself.
